Stud Service
At Kenwood one of our goals is to promote the English style of Golden Retrievers in America. We occasionally partner with other breeders who are seeking to do the same. By offering our stud to selected females we hope to create healthy puppies with his wonderful personality. Because we have worked so hard on the genetics of our kennel, we only offer stud services on a very limited basis. Qualified Females
Brucella Test within 10 days of breeding
Not too closely related
No disqualifying traits (FCI breed standards)
Proof of Hip, Elbow, Eye, and Heart tests with OFA, FCI, or BVA
Friendly Personality that is consistent with the breed standard.
AKC Golden Retriever (with unlimited registration)
At least two years of age
PennHIPs and show experience preferred.

Aligned Goals
Just as it is important for our dogs to be a good fit, it is also important for our breeding goals to align. By sharing our bloodlines we become partners in procuring the next generation of Golden Retrievers. We want to be sure that all the puppies created in this breeding will be raised responsibly with love and intentionality. We are excited to work with those who share in our vision of creating healthy, English style golden retriever in the US. This also means that for the integrity of our business and welfare of our progeny we are sometimes unable to work with breeders. In order to ensure aligned goals we have an application that we ask those who are interested in stud services to fill out.
